Billing/Payments

“UNFORTUANTELY WE CANNOT SIGN UP NEW CUSTOMERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE –OUR RESIDENTIAL WEEKLY ROUTES ARE AT CAPACITY.”
While we make every effort to keep our rates as low as possible, we only increase
our rates as cost of living & landfill rates increase. Below you will find the fees
associated with the different methods of payment. We hope you understand and
apologize for any inconveneience this may cause

Current Policies:

  • We do not put accounts on “HOLD” for customers that are not home for
    extended time.
  • If your bill goes delinquent long enough that your curb cart is removed and
    you wish to resume service wanting your curb cart returned there is a $15.00
    re-set fee.
  • If you bill goes delinquent for up to a week or more there will be a late fee
    assessed:
  • Quarterly billed customers: $10.00 late fee (you may also be asked to pay
    yearly if delinquent more than one time)
  • Yearly billed customers: $35.00 late fee
  • Commercial monthly billed customers: $10.00 late fee
  • Any new accounts will be asked to pay for at least a year in advance.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR ROUTE CUSTOMERS
Online payments:
The fees for debit/credit payments are impacting our ability in keeping our service
rates down. From the grocery store to online payments, costs are rising. The same
is true for card processing fees. To do your part and help us keep service rates fair,
and to comply with the changes to credit card company policies, we would like to
request you our customers to make a one-time or an auto-pay payment by
checking/savings acount. Only if the payment is declined for any reason is a $6.50
fee applied to the customers account. To make a payment online use the website
“TrashBilling.com” and use your I.D. number on your invoice.

Phoned in payments:

  • We DO NOT take Debit or Debit/Credit cards for any payment.
  • Credit cards are accepted with the 3% fee to be applied to the customers
    account.
  • No checking/savings account payments accepted over the phone.

Mailed in payments for route customers::
We accept personal/business checks if you are on our weekly route.

  • A declined check fee is $50.00

Walk in payments from route customers:

  • After hours there is a drop box on the gate to place payments in.
  • Cash is accepted.(no coins)
  • No Debit OR Debit/Credit cards accepted (ATM on site)
  • Credit cards are accepted with the 3% fee to be applied to the customers
    total.

Walk in payments from drop off customers:

  • No checks.
