While we make every effort to keep our rates as low as possible, due to an increase in OUR bank processing fees we are no longer able to absorb ALL of these fees and are forced to pass a portion of these increased fees on to you our loyal customers. Below you will find the fees associated with the different methods of payment beginning January 1, 2015. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payments Received (online or in person)

-One time payment available  or EFT (Electric Fund Transfer is sent to the bank 7-10 days prior to the due date, this allows time for customers to be alerted if there is a problem with their payment).
-Credit/debit card payment: add 3.00% of transaction
-Electronic checking/savings account payment: $0.55 per transaction.

-The above fees will apply to all payments made via web, telephone, and in person.
-There is no additional fees on payments made by cash or check in person or via U.S. mail.
-There will be additional fees for ALL declined/contested checking/savings account transactions.

Current policies:

If your bill goes delinquent to the point that we remove your curb cart and you wish to resume service and would like your cart re-set.  There is a $10.00 curb cart re-set fee that must be paid on your account at the time you resume service.

New policy implemented January 1, 2015

This will be a $5.00 residential/$10.00 commercial late fee implemented on all customers that pay their invoices after the due date.  We normally don’t assess the late fee for approximately 7 days after the due date, unless the customer has a history of delinquency.

New policy implemented January 1, 2017

We are having difficulty with customers not paying their invoices on time, instead they are waiting for a reminder phone call or email before payment is made.  This has caused our company to implement the policy of: Each customer is allowed one delinquent payment yearly, if the customer makes more than one delinquent payment in the same year they maybe asked to pay for one year in advance.

Current customers can access their accounts, pay their bills and email our office at
